WHO WE ARE

Fountainhead exists to help people move forward.

We serve adults and youth navigating substance use, justice-system involvement, reentry, and other life challenges. Through compassionate, evidence-based, restorative, and person-centered services, we walk alongside people as they work toward healthier, more purposeful lives.

We believe meaningful change is possible—and that no one has to walk the journey alone.

About Fountainhead

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT

Compassion with accountability.

We believe people deserve both grace and responsibility.

We meet people where they are without judging them, while encouraging them to take ownership of where they go next.

We believe in hope without enabling, accountability without condemnation, and support without giving up.
