WHO WE ARE
Fountainhead exists to help people move forward.
We serve adults and youth navigating substance use, justice-system involvement, reentry, and other life challenges. Through compassionate, evidence-based, restorative, and person-centered services, we walk alongside people as they work toward healthier, more purposeful lives.
We believe meaningful change is possible—and that no one has to walk the journey alone.
About Fountainhead
-
People are more than their past.
Where someone has been does not have to determine where they are going.
We believe every person has the capacity to grow, heal, take responsibility, and build a meaningful future.
-
To be a source of new beginnings for people standing on the edge of their stories.
We create pathways toward lasting change by walking alongside people through the hard parts—with compassion, accountability, hope, and purpose.
-
Meaningful change is a lifelong journey, not a quick fix.
Real change takes courage, discipline, commitment, and perseverance.
There will be challenges and setbacks, but those moments can become opportunities for growth, resilience, and renewed purpose.
We don't believe in fixing people. We believe in walking alongside them.
-
We walk alongside every person with hope, accountability, and purpose.
We will encourage you.
We will challenge you.
We will hold you accountable.
We will celebrate your victories.Because we believe accountability is an act of care—and lasting change is possible.
